Thank you for visiting and shopping at sheamour.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping fees for returns/refunds are non-refundable. Please see our Return/Exchange Policy for further details.

sheamour.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Memphis, TN via USPS, UPS, and DHL. sheamour.com ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Orders placed Monday~Friday are usually processed and shipped within 1~2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and/or Holidays will be processed the following business day.

Local Pick-Up

sheamour.com periodically offers local pick up to help accommodate customers needing their order the same/next day. Once your order has been processed a customer service rep will reach out to you via text or phone call with the designated address. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

- If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to us within 4 days of the reported delivery date. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.
- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

She'Amour reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive return history
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
