Returns and Exchange
We firmly stand behind all of our products and take great pride in our reputation for quality and value. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unworn items for a prompt refund within 15 days of the receipt of your order subject to the terms below:
- Inspect your package immediately when you receive it. In the rare case, there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package.
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 48 hours to contact She’Amour via email, phone, or at the boutique. Please provide

- Clearance/Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Due to health regulations and the safety of our customers & employees the below items may not be returned/exchanged for any reason:
- Any item that covers intimate areas. This includes but not limited to panties, thongs, g-strings, boy shorts, stockings, body stockings, pantyhose, tights, teddies, and pasties. This does not include matching pieces to sets as long as they have not been worn and/or detached from the item.
- When trying on items that included a panty or stockings, please do not try that part of the item on as we will not be able to accept it if it has been worn.
- Any item that smells of cigarette smoke or perfume
- Items that have been worn/soiled or laundered
- Items with the tags removed
- Items that have been exposed to animal hair
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns received after 15 days will receive a store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please be sure to include the completed return section of your packing slip with the merchandise you are returning. Mail back with the shipper of your choice and we highly recommend you insure the package for the value of the returned item. Ask the shipper to provide a tracking number for your package so it can be traced if lost.
We are unable to process direct exchanges on our website. Please return merchandise and visit our site to submit a new order.
